A little about me

I'm a polygot, full-stack software developer. I started writing code when I was just eight years old! Since then, I've made web apps, desktop software, mobile apps, server-side applications, and more. I've taught myself over 20 languages, from C++ to Haskell to Forth.

Best Hack

Hackster Hardware Weekend Portland — March 2015

Our team created a lightning detector using the Intel Edison. I ported the lightning sensor library to use with the Edison and programmed the interaction with the sensor.

Best Mobile App

Our team developed an iOS app that aggregates eSports statistics for games like DotA 2 and League of Legends. I wrote the back-end server using Node.js with Kimono Labs.

I created a benchmark test to measure the efficiency of audio compression in various devices.

Startup Experience

Dynamic Multimedia

Software Developer — June 2016 - Feb 2017

Dynamic Multimedia is the company behind CatholicCloud, a service for Catholic churches to create their own mobile apps. I was in charge of adding new features to the web interface, both on the front-end (HTML5 stack) and back-end (Laravel, PHP).

Repurpose Network

Software Developer — March 2015 - June 2015

Repurpose Network is a startup I co-founded, aiming to help businesses donate their surplus to local schools. I was in charge of developing and maintaining the website and the backing server. Unfortunately, I had other obligations at the time and needed to leave.
